Interested companies are requested to submit their sealed bids before 1700 hrs,Thursday,25th December 2025. Each bid must accompany refundable earnest money (i.e. a draft of 5% of the total offered value). No bids will be accepted without earnest money. SPO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. Sealed bids will be opened at 1000 hrs on Wednesday, 26th December 2025.
