The Growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress (GRASP) is a five and a half years programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by the International Trade Centre (ITC), in partnership with Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) and Pakistan Poverty Alleviation on Fund (PPAF). GRASP’s overall objective is to support poverty reduction and sustainable and inclusive economic growth in rural areas of Pakistan. The Programme outcome aims at enhancing the productivity and profitability of SMEs involved in primary production, service provision, and value addition in and around selected clusters of production in Sindh and Balochistan. Through this advertisement, PPAF invites men and women farmers/producers/growers, small scale agri-entrepreneurs (processors, aggregators, service providers, etc.) / SMEs, youth (Start-ups with innovative business models) along with persons with disabilities (PwDs) and investors who are ready to contribute in-cash and fulfil other selection criteria, to apply for Matching Grant under any of the following three categories and value chains: Value Chains in Sindh:
