Training of Cultural Community Committees – CCC (UC 4, Mahal Terai 2, Peshawar)
Two days capacity building training workshop was conducted by the Programme Officer Research SPO, Regional Center Peshawar, Participants were 20 members (12 female and 8 male) of the Cultural Community Committees (CCCs). Topics included Conflict Management, Effective Communication skills, leadership qualities, composite heritage, shared positive cultural and social values and norms for unity among diverse groups.
The aim of the training was to capacitate members of formulated CCCs to work and carry forward the agenda of cultural diversity, acceptance and dignity in their respective communities and plan joint events and celebrations.
