Live. Laugh. Learn – Employee Retreat
This year SPO Head Office (Islamabad) arranged a small staff retreat which took place on the pleasant evening of 3rd June, 2016 at the beautiful & mountainous village of Shah Allah Ditta in the suburb of the capital.
The retreat was merged with Certificate Distribution Ceremony. The Chief Executive presented certificates and performance cards to the achievers for their hard work in 2015.
Performance cards were divided in three categories based on the performance and they were designed accordingly by the Human Resources Department. Afterwards, delicious barbecue was prepared which was relished by everyone. The planning, work and implementation was all done internally by the Human Resources Department.
