Contract Signing Ceremony for Phase II of KP Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) between SPO and SSD. The Elementary & Secondary Education Department (E&SED), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has officially signed the Contract to launch Phase II of the World Bank–funded Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP). Building on the progress of Phase I, Phase II reaffirms our commitment to strengthening human capital across selected districts of KP by:

◉ Improving quality primary healthcare services, with a focus on maternal, neonatal, and child health
◉ Enhancing access to quality education, including better infrastructure and learning environments
◉ Strengthening community engagement and accountability mechanisms
