Community Outreach Chest Screening Camp – District Sibi
On 11 June 2026, SPO District Sibi, in collaboration with PTP, Mercy Corps, DHO, and DTC Sibi, conducted a Community Outreach Chest Screening Camp at Allahabad to strengthen early TB case detection and community awareness.

The camp was supervised by Dr. Mujeebullah (GP) with support from SPO and Mercy Corps field teams. A total of 62 individuals were 36 screened, including chest X-rays and 04 sputum samples collected for laboratory testing. 02 individuals were screened for HIV (negative), and 03 household contacts were enrolled on TPT.

At diagnostic follow-up, 01 TB cases were confirmed at laboratory level and 01 case was clinically diagnosed, while 01 MTB cases were detected at site level. The activity reflected strong multi-stakeholder coordination and contributed to improved access to TB screening and early case identification in the community.
