SPO implemented the Aawaz-II – Resource Partner project in partnership with the British Council from April 2023 to September 2026 across Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project aimed to strengthen institutional and community capacities by developing and revising capacity-building resources, including training manuals, handbooks, IEC materials, learning papers, and translated program documents.

Through the deployment of expert trainers and skilled facilitators, the project supported Training of Trainers (ToTs), orientation sessions, learning forums, and community engagement activities targeting women, men, youth, and local communities. SPO also mentored community facilitators within partner organizations, promoting knowledge sharing, strengthening local leadership, and enhancing community participation to support sustainable and inclusive development.
