Ms. Rukhshanda Naz

Ms. Rukhshanda Naz has overall twenty four years of multi-sectoral experience in rights-based development, legal aid and policy advocacy with a special focus on gender and women’s rights.

Ms. Rukhshanda Naz in voluntary capacity is associated as the Trustee of South Asia Women Fund and Noor Education, Member Board of Directors of SPO and Khwendo Kor, and as an Activist with the Pakistan India People’s Forum for Peace & Democracy, South Asia Gender Network, Women Waging Peace, Women’s Action Forum, South Asian Network of Gender Trainers, Pakistan Thematic Group on Human Trafficking and Aman Itehad (Network for Peace).

Ms. Naz has been associated with the Aurat Foundation as the Resident Director and Chief Operating Officer and with UN-Women as Senior Programme Officer.

Ms. Naz has undertaken various development assignments as the freelance Consultant and attended numerous workshops as the lead Resource Person.
