Aawaz II Programme

Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) is currently implementing the ‘Aawaz-II – Resrouce Partner – Programme’ that works with local communities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Punjab provinces to promote the rights of children, women, youth, and other marginalised groups with the financial support of our partner British Council. The programme aims to address child marriage, gender-based violence (GBV), and intolerance in KP and Punjab. Aawaz II community engagement component has two pathways for change focusing on thematic areas by:

  1. Changing awareness, attitudes, and behaviors toward discrimination, intolerance, exploitation, and other harmful practices
  2. Referrals and citizen engagement on the thematic areas and issues of exclusion and exploitation.
