SPO invites sealed bids for sale of following vehicles on “As is Where is” basis:

Interested individuals/firms are requested to submit their sealed quotations on or before Thursday, December 03, 2020. SPO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The sealed bids shall be opened in the presence of SPO’s Asset Disposal Committee (ADC) and bidders themselves.
  1. ADC holds the right to negotiate with the bidders for better price, even if the bid price is
    higher than the reserve or control price.
  1. ADC reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason(s) thereof. ADC’sdecisions shall be final, and, hence may not be challenged.
  1. The earnest money called for must not be less than 5% of the quoted price. The instrument for earnest money to be called should only be Demand Draft/Pay Order (PO) written in the title of SPO.
  1. The payment received from the selected bidder shall be subject to collection of Advance tax over and above under section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. The rates are for Filer 10% and Non filer 20%.
  1. The due process of selection of a bidder shall be subject to compliance of prevailing government laws/rules & regulations including the Anti Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing Guidelines.
  1. Bids or EOIs not fulfilling the bidding criteria or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
