SPO is successfully implementing its project titled Promoting Private Schools in Rural Sindh (PPRS) Program with financial support from the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF). The project started on June 1, 2019, and is currently active, targeting the districts of Sukkur and Jacobabad in Sindh.

The primary goal of the project is to enhance the quality of education in rural Sindh by providing comprehensive capacity development for teachers in IT, English, Math, and Science. This initiative aims to equip teachers with the necessary skills and resources to deliver an inclusive educational experience for students. In addition, SPO is supplying essential learning materials and implementing classroom development initiatives to create an environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.

SPO is also working towards promoting sustainability within these schools by installing solar systems and other alternative energy solutions, reducing dependency on conventional energy sources. To further support inclusivity, school uniforms have been distributed among students, fostering a sense of equality within PPRS schools.
