Community Outreach Chest Screening Camp – SPO, in collaboration with PTP, Mercy Corps Pakistan, DHO, and DTC Sibi, conducted a Community Outreach Chest Screening Camp at Buzdarabad to strengthen early TB case detection and community awareness in District Sibi.
The camp was supervised by Dr. Mujeebullah (GP) with support from SPO and Mercy Corps field teams. A total of 76 individuals were 41 screened, including chest X-rays and 03 sputum samples collected for laboratory testing. 01 individuals were screened for HIV (negative), and 0 household contacts were enrolled on TPT.
At diagnostic follow-up, 0 TB cases were confirmed at laboratory level and 01 case was clinically diagnosed, while no MTB case were detected at site level. The activity reflected strong multi-stakeholder coordination and contributed to improved access to TB screening and early case identification in the community.
