AAWAZ forums are capacitated to prevent incidences of i) ethnic and sectarian disputes and ii) cases of domestic violence, at the level of village/settlements/neighborhood councils, union and tehsil councils. Similarly, AAWAZ forums carry out Gender Sensitive Mediation and Inclusion of Excluded Groups in Systems and Structures for Public Safety, at the upper level, i.e., district and province. Women are to be given leadership position in prevention and mediation model to help them gain confidence for political and social mobility.
