Livestock Vaccination Drive organized by SPO in Hyderabad, Sindh
A livestock vaccination drive was organized by SPO and Hyderabad’s Livestock Department in Village Moahammed Qasim Solangi in District Hyderabad with the financial support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN). Senior veterinary doctors not only provided the livestock owners medicines to protect their livestock against diseases but also vaccinated more than 500 of their animals.
Present at the occasion, Dr. Gada Hussain Solangi said that SPO’s free vaccination drive and medical camp has helped the livestock owners in 4-5 nearby villages and further added that recently the local livestock suffered Contagious Caprine Pleuropneumonia (CCPP) and Enterotoxaemia diseases. Therefore, SPO’s vaccination drive was much needed.
