Background:
Pakistan Resilience Partnership (PRP) was established on 7th February 2018 at Islamabad with a mission to enhance partnerships, collaboration and coordination among government, local humanitarian & civil society organizations, the private sector, media and academia at the country level. The PRP has laid the foundation stone for public private partnership for an effective humanitarian system in the country.

Press Information Department (PID)
Federation of Pakistan Chambers and Commerce Industries (FPCCI)

Registration Process
We are looking for the technical firm who will facilitate the registration process of PRP in coordination with the NHN National secretariat staff and the focal person from the ADPC donor. The process we opted for PRP is the non-profitable companies under the SECP.
Financial Proposals:
Submit the complete financial proposal covering the following aspects:
Name reservation with SECP.
Preparation of Memorandum and Articles of Association for PRP
Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan fees
Service Charges
Filing of forms (applicable government offices/authorities)
FBR/NTN activation and filing if applicable
Obtain the license as a non profit entity
The quotations shall reach to National Secretariat of NHN (Apartment # 306, 3rd Floor Imperial Square Khalid Bin Waleed Road E-11/2) not later than Friday, 18-11-2022. Sealed quotations shall be addressed to “Procurement Committee-SPO”.
