Legal Status of the Company

Strengthening Participatory Organization(SPO) is a non-governmental organization registered under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 on January 15, 1994. SPO is entitled to tax exemption under section 2(36) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
