Description:
Master Trainer will be responsible to implement all field-level activities, organize and deliver training, and meetings with stakeholders in the respective district and reporting of training.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare training schedules and plan and share them with the gender and protection program of the organization for review.
- Prepare training material and content (presentations, worksheets, etc.) according to the objectives of the training.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment by fostering open communication, active participation, and mutual respect among participants.
- Facilitate sessions with the attendees on GBV core concepts and Child protection.
- Address challenges and issues that arise during training sessions promptly and effectively, using creative problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Facilitate sessions to address challenges and achievements in addressing GBV emergencies that require urgent response and intervention typically occurring in conflicts, disasters, or humanitarian emergencies.
- Provide technical consultation and strategic guidance through remote support and direct field missions.
- Prepare evaluation forms and share them with the SPO for review.
- Submit and prepare pre-post-tests for attendance.
- Draft a training report and submit it after three days of concluding each training for comments and feedback with GPS coordinates.
- Incorporate comments and additional findings received into the draft report.
- Adhere to professional standards, codes of ethics, and confidentiality guidelines in all aspects of training delivery and interaction with participants.
- All data of schools, GBV focal persons.
Core Competencies and Skills:
- Desired skills and experience should include proficiency in training, facilitation, and managing participant groups, as well as a demonstrated understanding or experience in monitoring, mentoring, and working with children.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good linkages with the public and private sectors working in the social sector and GBV and Child Protection related projects.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Sensitive to organization values and principles.
- Sensitivity and cultural awareness in addressing gender-specific issues within the school environment.
- Good communication skills in English, Urdu, Pashto, and other local languages of the target districts including effective presentation skills.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in human rights, gender and womenโs studies, international relations, sociology, anthropology, international development, or other social science fields.
- Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by the Supervisor.
- 6 Yearsโ experience working with NGO/Public Sector in the field of GBV & Child Protection.
- Willingness to work in field settings and travel as required.

Helpline Coordinator

Description:
The coordinator manages a multidisciplinary team and ensures seamless referrals to DWPOs and other service providers, monitors case follow-ups, and ensures adherence to protocols and confidentiality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all helpline staff including operators, psychologists, legal advisors, and technical support teams.
- Ensure all calls are attended to promptly, documented accurately, and referred appropriately based on the nature of the case.
- Manage the scheduling and availability of psychologists and legal advisors on shift.
- Ensure cases requiring immediate rescue or intervention are escalated and referred to the relevant DWPOs or emergency services.
- Maintain a real-time tracking system for high-risk or urgent cases.
- Conduct regular debriefings and case reviews with helpline staff to ensure emotional support and accountability.
- Facilitate coordination between helpline operators and DWPOs to ensure timely follow-up on referrals.
- Ensure on-call professionals (psychologists and legal advisors) are accessible and respond within defined timelines.
- Identify capacity needs of helpline staff and organize regular training sessions on trauma-informed response, GBV case handling, legal protocols, and helpline ethics.
- Mentor and support team members to ensure professional growth and improve service quality.
- Maintain updated and secure records of all helpline interactions in line with data protection policies.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on call volumes, case types, response time, and referral outcomes.
- Ensure all helpline operations align with PWPAโs policies, national GBV protection laws, and survivor-centered principles.
- Contribute to the development and revision of SOPs, case classification systems, and referral mechanisms.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, shelter homes, health service providers, and DWPOs to ensure coordinated responses.
- Represent the helpline in provincial coordination forums or technical working groups as needed

Data Support Officer
Job Description:
The Data Support Officer will provide technical expertise with timely data collection, management, data analysis and reporting to understand and adapt programme performance. Under the overall supervision of the supervisor, the Data Support Officer shall be responsible for performing the following duties:
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement the data collection and management mechanism at district level, with attention to security and confidentiality as per PMU shared guidelines and data safeguarding principles.
- Assist Project Coordinator and M&E Manager in timely reporting of monthly/quarterly progress along with verified MOVs databases.
- Assist M&E Manager in the development of field monitoring processes with adequate controls to ensure data quality and integrity at each AAC level.
- Conduct monitoring of trainings, meetings of community structures, CCAPs, SAPs and other key programme interventions.
- Carryout field level validation visits at AAC and VF level to ensure data reliability and overall quality before final reporting to PMU.
- Monitoring of data integrity, security and accuracy of information and ensure that it is readily available.
- Support in the training of staff โ Community Facilitators /AAC Resource Persons involved in data entry and data processing to ensure proper maintenance and quality of different information and database needs.
- Uploading of progress data into digital Management information system (MIS) or any other required online platform(s).
- Provide quality assurance checks on systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with PMU requirements.
- Ensure validation and verification of all data before submission to project coordinator/programme manager and M&E manager.
- Provide support and advice to district staff on data related challenges, best practices, and any quality related matters.
- Undertake data quality analysis and reporting as required.
- Prepare reports and undertake research to inform data changes, implementation of new software (MIS) and data management as required.
- Provide support in data collection for various research studies as required.
- Compilation of weekly and monthly activities calendar for monitoring/observations.
- Other duties as required in accordance with objectives, plans, and workload priorities.
- Undertakes any other task assigned by the supervisor.
