Domestic Violence Act 2013, Child Marriages Restraint Act and Anti women customary practice Act 2011 were translated in local language SINDHI and national language URDU for wider understanding of targeted stakeholders belonging to the rural and urban areas. The IEC material was translated by Mr Aslam Khuaja.
The translated copies of the three pro-women laws were shared by SPO with police stations, Union Council offices, Child Protection Bureaus, Nikkah Khawan, Registrars’ Nikkah, courts and press clubs in four target districts of the project. The translated acts were disseminated in the meetings, workshops and the other events of the project
